7:19 pm, male subject in a black Cadillac with the lights on in the driveway to Cox Sports Park has not moved for an past hour despite honking by the informant, Crown Valley Parkway.
1:18 pm, foster parents found a note in the trash from a13-y-o boy saying he was going to kill himself. He has money said he was going to take a train and carrying an acoustic guitar without a strap, 27000 block of Oneill Drive.
January 29
5:59 pm, a patrol car was called to check on young male who was putting pizza flyers in mailboxes, Skywood Drive.
11:39 am, a passerby heard a man, woman and children in a verbal argument, Irish Moss Street.
9:21 am, male says he loaned his dad's car to his cousin who is suicidal and now won't answering his calls. The informant wants his cousins cell phone traced to locate his dad's vehicle, Iron Horse Trail.
8:04 am, woman says her neighbor in the Laurel Glen Apartments keeps harassing her, Sklar Street.
January 28
6:14 am, informant caught a 23-y-o male neighbor in his house taking property leading to his arrest, Tranquility Place.
11:13 am, a white male in his mid-20, 6'3", thin built, red beanie, sunglasses, black sweatshirt, handed the teller in the U.S. Bank branch in Pavilions in Mercantile West a note that said he had a gun, but no weapon was seen, and fled with an undfisclosed sum of money and is currently at large. The Sheriff's Department and FBI are investigating. Anyone with any informatioin are asked to call the call 714-647-7000.
8:51 am, blonde female in her 40s reported walking in the street looking heavily medicated, Crown Valley Parkway and O'Neill Drive.
January 27
4:19 pm, woman says her boyfriend grabbed steering wheel of her car while she was driving and tried to make her slam into a light pole, Crown Valley Parkway & Antonio Parkway.
34, formerly of Ladera Ranch, was found guilty by a jury in December of two felony counts of forcible rape, two felony count of sexual penetration by foreign object by force, one felony count of aggravated assault, one felony count of assault with the intent to commit a sexual offense, and sentencing enhancements and allegations for committing sexual crimes against more than one victim and causing great bodily injury to a victim. He was subsequently sentenced to 61 years.
Nanette Ann Packard (left), formerly Nanette Ann Johnston, 46, of Ladera Ranch, was found guilty by a jury of one felony count of special circumstances murder for financial gain and faces a maximum sentence of life in state prison without the possibility of parole at her sentencing May 18 at 9:00 a.m. in Department C-40, Central Justice Center, Santa Ana.
